Finstack was established in 2022 in Hyderabad with a simple conviction: financial institutions deserve technology partners who understand both their business and the engineering required to change it.
Our story
Founder-led and engineering-first
Spark to scale, create as one
Finstack Solutions Private Limited was founded by technologists with long experience in banking software. We had seen how often financial institutions struggle to find partners who understand trade finance, corporate banking and enterprise architecture in equal measure.
We built Finstack to close that gap. Our work spans the complete technology lifecycle, from solution design and product engineering to enterprise integration, deployment, modernization and ongoing optimization, with a growing focus on applied artificial intelligence.
Technical leadership remains close to the work. The people who design our solutions are the people who understand how they are built, and they stay involved as those solutions are delivered and improved.

- Technology is a means. We begin with the workflow, the people and the constraints, then choose the simplest approach that works.
- 02Design for change
- Requirements, regulations and technology will evolve. We build systems with clear boundaries so they can evolve too.
- 03Make it observable
- If a system cannot be measured, it cannot be trusted or improved. Logging, monitoring and audit trails are part of the design.
- 04Keep people in control
- Automation should make experts more effective, not obscure decisions from them. This is especially true for AI.
