About the role
You will design and build the integration layer that keeps banking systems working together: message mapping and validation, REST APIs, event-driven flows and the monitoring that makes them reliable.
What you will do
- Build message generation, parsing, validation and transformation for financial messaging.
- Design and implement secure, versioned REST APIs.
- Implement event-driven and middleware-based integrations with robust error handling.
- Add monitoring, tracing and reconciliation to integration flows.
What we are looking for
- 4+ years of integration-focused software engineering.
- Experience with Java, REST APIs and messaging middleware.
- Strong understanding of data mapping, idempotency and error handling.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with SWIFT MT or ISO 20022 MX messages.
- Experience integrating with core banking or ERP systems.
