About the role
You will bridge banking operations and engineering: understanding how letters of credit, guarantees and collections are processed, documenting requirements, and validating that what we build works in practice.
What you will do
- Run requirement workshops with operations and technology stakeholders.
- Write clear functional specifications, workflows and acceptance criteria.
- Support solution design, testing and user acceptance.
- Act as a domain reference for engineers and AI teams, including document examination practice.
What we are looking for
- 4+ years in trade finance operations or as a business analyst on trade finance systems.
- Working knowledge of UCP 600, URDG and URC rules and practice.
- Excellent written communication and structured thinking.
Nice to have
- Certifications such as CDCS or CSDG.
- Exposure to SWIFT trade messages.
